The program here in Phoenix was great and successful, with support of local organizations, Indo American cultural organization and Indian Association of Phoenix Arizona, and with help of local yoga studios, Prana-Gyana, Gilbert and Hegel Yoga Tempe. Everyone who attended enjoyed the two hour session very much that included Asanas lead by me (Sangeeta Barwey) Savasana and Gong lead by Danielle Godfrey, kids Yoga by Shobhana Bhatt and Kirtan by ISKCON Phoenix. We started the session with sound of AUM and ended with prayers. We were glad to be able to deliver the message of significance and importance of Yoga in everyday life.
